Transportation, including Salina CityGo, Paratransit services, and 81 Connection, will open late on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, because of inclement weather and road conditions. CityGo will begin running regular routes at 9:00 a.m.  Peak routes will start as normal at 12:30 p.m.  Most paratransit routes will also begin at 9:00
