Questions
- Regarding the required quote content and format under 4.0 on Pg. 5, are the cover sheet and price quote form documents in the RFQ document? I didn’t see those in the document so just want to confirm if there are existing documents to fill out for those. Do we just submit our own cover sheet and price quote documents?
- Vendors should submit their own cover sheet and price quote documents. There are no existing documents in the RFQ.
- The three certifications at the end of the RFQ document (DBE, Qualifications, Information Authorization) are the only required certifications, correct?
- Yes, the DBE, Qualifications, and Information Authorization are the only required certifications.
- Under section 3.3, it says on-site training but also says train-the-trainer option preferred. Is it preferred we complete on-site training with all staff or do you prefer the train-the-trainer training instead?
- OCCK Transportation would prefer the train-the-trainer option.
- Are you tax exempt?
- Yes, OCCK Transportation is tax exempt.
- Is email submission accepted or is mail delivery the only accepted method?
- Email and mail submissions are accepted. Emails should be sent to transit@occk.com.
- On Pg. 5, it mentions each individual quote must be submitted separately. Does that mean we have to submit separate quote documents for each of the three camera configurations based on vehicle type?
- No, the three camera configurations based on vehicle type do not need to be submitted separately.
- Different camera packages with different pricing would require a separate submission, such as a Tier 1 package, Tier 2 package, etc.
